We offer high energy -no contact- kickboxing sessions on heavy bags. This class drills real Muay Thai strikes; challenging endurance, coordination, balance, and skill -all while being accessible to beginners. Kickboxing is a great full body workout and an ideal way to tone your muscles while relieving stress and (most importantly), having fun!

Our fun, high energy classes will give you the push you need to shatter your goals, while our mindful movement practices nourish the muscles and joints for continued performance. Fire & Water Fitness is a beginner friendly program and currently has members between the ages of 13 and 65. We offer nutritional coaching and private sessions as additional care services.

Three classes a week for three weeks is all it takes to start seeing noticeable changes in your mind, body, & spirit.
Our classes are held in Frederick's only indoor rock-climbing facility, providing an engaging and lively atmosphere for the whole family. Bring your child or teen to climb, while you enjoy a kickboxing workout.
Must be 13 + for group fitness classes, while climbing is open to all ages.
Kickboxing & yoga sessions are held in a private studio on the second floor, while strength training is hosted in the weightroom on the main floor.
Conveniently located at 5714 Industry Lane, Frederick MD. Our classes are held inside - The Boulder Yard.
